Currently an events and catering chef serving exclusive clients in London, his cooking aims to nourish, inspire reflection, and forge bonds around the table. At Colville Dialogues, Nicholas leads the club’s culinary experience, designing seasonal menus for events that bring members together, spark conversation, and elevate every gathering
